Sorry if i'm necroposting but, he can't make another account. It said on rule 11: 11) No Multiple Accounts If I catch you. Your warn will be doubled each rule you break. E.g. 1 Rule = 20 warns, 2 Rules = 40 Warns, 3 Rules = 80 Warns
